Use Bathroom Ceramic Tile

Bathroom ceramic tile can easily and cheaply be added to the walls of your bathtub and shower. Installing ceramic tiles in your bathtub will not only protect the walls from moisture and provide a surface that is easy to clean, but it will also improve the appearance of your entire bathroom. Ceramic tiles come in a wide range of colors and sizes. Your bathtub can be coated with a single color, or you can create patterns using more than one color

How to use bathroom ceramic tile, use a stud search to find studs. Along the walls with 1/4 inch cement board. Cut the cement board to fit a hobby knife. Attach the cement to the walls with a mounting glue and screw into the knobs. Leave a 1/8 inch gap between the boards and the edge of the bathtub or shower for sealing strips. Also leave a 1/8 inch gap between the boards and the floor for sealing strips. Tape and kit seams of cement board with fiberglass joint tape and common substance. Cut tiles to fit around corners and along the edges with a tile and nibbler or with wet saw and a diamond blade.

Create a bathroom ceramic tile layout tool. Lay a number of tiles with joints spacers in between them. Put a 16-inch long 1×2 board along, along the edge of the row. Mark the board with tile widths and dirt room. Select center points for each wall. Use a plan to track vertical lines that run through the center. This will be the center guideline. Use your tile layout tool and plan to make a number of additional guidelines for the remaining rows and columns.
